**Terms and Conditions for VenueExplorer's Event Booking Promotion** 1. **Promotion Period**: This promotion is valid from October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, or other dates determined at the discretion of VenueExplorer (the "Promotion Period"). 2. **Eligibility**: Successful applicants will receive an acquisition gift upon applying for any Eligible Booking(s). To qualify, applicants must not currently hold any bookings made through VenueExplorer or have had one canceled within the nine months preceding the approval of the new Eligible Booking(s). 3. **Exclusions**: Eligible Bookings do not include specific promotional bookings as determined by VenueExplorer. 4. **Promotion Details**: For the VenueExplorer event booking, applicants will receive a complimentary 2-day, 1-night stay at a 4-star hotel in Bangkok if they successfully book two (2) Eligible Venues and spend a total of at least S$5,000 on Eligible Transactions for two consecutive months. 5. **Minimum Spend Verification**: To determine if the minimum spend on Eligible Transactions has been met, VenueExplorer will consider the date each Eligible Transaction is posted to the applicant's account. This is contingent upon the approval of the booking and the charging of at least one Eligible Transaction each month for the first two consecutive months following approval. 6. **Limitations**: Each successful applicant is entitled to one complimentary hotel stay. 7. **Combination with Other Offers**: This promotion cannot be combined with other VenueExplorer offers, promotions, in-house offers, programs, or vouchers, unless otherwise stated by VenueExplorer. 8. **Liability**: VenueExplorer, along with its related corporations, employees, and agents, will not be liable for any loss, injury, liability, expense, or damage incurred by any applicant or other person in connection with this promotion or the Acquisition Gift. 9. **Modification Rights**: VenueExplorer reserves the right to modify, remove, or add to these terms and conditions, or to withdraw, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice or liability. 10. **Final Decisions**: VenueExplorer's decisions regarding all aspects of the promotion are final and binding. 11. **Conflict Resolution**: In the case of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any promotional material, these terms shall prevail. 12. **Governing Terms**: These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the governing terms and conditions for VenueExplorer's event booking and the terms of the merchant(s) supplying the hotel stay.
