Term and Conditions
For indoor events, applications must be submitted at least two weeks in advance, with a security deposit of $250 per indoor space per day. For outdoor events, applications must be submitted at least one month in advance, with a security deposit of $1,000 per outdoor space per day. All applications are subject to Board assessment and require five working days for processing. Additional documents may be requested. Upon approval (Letter of Acceptance), full payment of license fees and the refundable deposit must be made within 14 days or at least five working days before the event, whichever is earlier. Failure to do so will result in cancellation. Payment can be made via credit card (VISA/MasterCard), PayNow, or interbank transfer. Any changes to event dates must be approved by PUB. Cancellations made less than one month before the event will forfeit 50% of license fees, and those made less than two weeks before will forfeit 100%.
