Term and Conditions
  1. Cancellation of Buyout Event/Buffet order must be notified to VENDOR through email to [email protected].
  2. An administrative fee of $300 is applicable to process the refund upon CLIENT’s withdrawal of the event booking once prepayment has been made.
  3. The CLIENT is liable to compensate VENDOR based on the cancellation charges upon confirmation as below:
    1. 100% of Event Total Amount for any cancellation fourteen (14) working days before event date.
    2. 50% of Event Total Amount for any cancellation twenty-one (21) working days before event date.
    3. 25% of Event Total Amount for any cancellation twenty-eight (28) working days before event date.
  4. In the unlikely event that the VENDOR cancels the booking the Client will be refunded any payments already made but the VENDOR will not have any other liability.
  5. The VENDOR reserves the right to cancel a booking if: Any part of the property is closed or unavailable due to circumstances beyond the VENDOR’s control.
