Term and Conditions
Terms and Conditions: - Rate card is for bookings before 1 April 2023. - All bookings must be confirmed at least 15 working days before the date of the event. - A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. - The balance amount payable must be made within 5 working days after the event. Host Rules: - Consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed. - Smoking in and around the premises is not permitted. - Venue renters will liaise directly with the caterer separately but must inform the Hive of catering details. Cancellation Policy: - Any booking change to the event time must be made at least 5 working days before the date of the event. - Any booking change to the event date or cancellation must be made at least 10 working days before the date of the event. - The deposit will be forfeited if a cancellation is made less than 10 working days before the event.
